Before joining Mariano Smith & Co., Nezihe, Nezi for short, began her career in the epicurean arts after attending a 4 year intensive culinary program in Holland. Her profession took her all over the United States, eventually landing her in Las Vegas, where her entrepreneurial spirit came alive. After starting a family, Nezi began missing her North Shore roots and that sense of community, so decided to make the move back to the Boston area. 

Shortly after moving home, her love of real estate was born during a search for an income producing property. The excitement and challenges of finding the perfect opportunity for investment is what lead her to her to strongly consider a career in real estate. Nezi’s ability to think on her feet and her tenacious and caring spirit are what helps her navigate Boston’s competitive real estate market, providing her clients with top class service. 

Nezi has traveled the world and extensively throughout Europe, living in Istanbul, Turkey and The Netherlands. She is fluent in both Turkish and Dutch and is a licensed MA Real Estate Salesperson. She currently resides close to her hometown on the North Shore with her family.
